摘要
本文在实验的基础上研究了水溶性羧甲基纤维素(CMC)淬火介质的冷却特性,通过与水和油比较,详细分析了淬火液浓度对其冷却特性的影响,给出了在整个冷却温区以及650~550℃温区和300~200℃温区的冷却特点数据。此外还初步了解了淬火液温度及搅拌对其冷却性能的影响,认为单一的CMC淬火介质的冷却性能并非理想,若要广泛地应用,还须对其性能作进一步的研究改进。
In this paper, the cooling characteristics of an aqueous carboxymethocel(CMC) guenchant is studied, according to experiments. Compared with water and oil, the effects of concentration,temperature and agitation of the guenchant on its guenching behaviour are fully described. The cooling data in whole guenching temperature range, 650~550℃ and 300~200℃ are given, it is considered that the cooling characteristics of single CMC guenchant is less satisfactory. Further work to modify CMC guenchant is reguired for its wide application
