坚持以教学为中心、牢固树立质量观 ,应从以下几个方面去做 :统一认识 ,加强教师队伍建设 ,提高教师的师德和业务水平 ;加强思想工作 ,科学管理 ,调动学生的学习积极性 ;开展课程体系、教材及教学方法的改革。
To ensure the quality of education, it is imperative that teaching be placed in the centre. Following aspects should be looked into. These are:to be in agreement in understanding;to build up a qualified teaching staff;to strenghthen ideological work of the students and scientific management in order to bring into full play the initiative of the students in learning and lastly to carry out reform in curriculum designing, textbooks and teaching methodology.
