摘要
研究了尿酸在多壁炭纳米管修饰电极上的伏安行为。结果表明 ,在 0 .1mol·L- 1磷酸盐(pH 5 .5 )介质中 ,修饰电极对尿酸具有强烈的吸附活性 ,其吸附电流 (Ep=+ 0 .4V ,vs .SCE)与尿酸浓度在 1× 10 - 76× 10 - 5mol·L- 1范围内呈线性关系。利用该法直接测定了人体血清和尿样中尿酸的含量 ,结果满意。
The voltammetric behavior of uric acid at the MWNT modified electrode was studied. It was found that in a 0.1mol·L -1 phosphate medium of pH 5.5, the modified electrode showed a strong adsorptive activity towards uric acid, which could be preconcentrated rapidly on the electrode. An oxidative peak of uric acid was observed at +0.4V( vs. SCE). Linear relationship between the oxidative peak current ( i _p) and the concentration of uric acid was obtained in the range of 1×10 -7 ~6×10 -5 mol·L -1 of uric acid, and the following regression equation was followed: i _p(μA)=2.287×10 7 c (mol·L -1 , uric acid)+0.2876 ( r =0.9965). A detection limit of 5×10 -8 mol·L -1 of uric acid was obtained, when it was preconcentrated for 2min under open circuit condition. The proposed method has been applied to the direct determination of uric acid in human serum and human urine without any preliminary treatment.
