摘要
采用GC/MS法测定棉、麻及织毛物等生态纺织品中农药残留。方法的测定重现性为75 % 10 0 % ,该方法对有机氯 (OCPs)检出限小于 0 .0 1mg·kg- 1,回收率在 97.8% 99.6 %之间 ,相对标准偏差在 5 .0 % 6 .0 % ;对五氯苯酚 (PCP)的检出限为 0 .0 5mg·kg- 1,回收率为 75 6 %和 86 2 % ,相对标准偏差为 5 .2 % 12 .9%。
The pesticide-residues in cotton, linen and woollen textiles were separated by the SPME technique and determined by GC/MS. A buffer system (pH 2.2) containing boric acid, citric acid, sodium phosphate and methanol was used to eliminate the matric effect in the solid phase micro-extraction of textile fiber. Satisfactory results were obtained in the analysis of some objective compounds selected by the Eco-tex standard 100. The sensitivity, precision and recovery obtained by the method proposed in the analysis of organic chloro-compounds and pentachlorophenol were as follows. For organic chloro-compounds: Detection limit: 0.01mg·kg -1 . Recoveries in the range: 97.8%~99.6%. RSD 5.0%~6.0%. For pentachlorophenol: Detection limit: 0.05mg·kg -1 . Recoveries in the range 75.6%~86.2%. RSD 5.2%~12.9%.
