摘要
将医用药物异丙肾上腺素引入分析化学作新显色剂 ,报道了异丙肾上腺素与[Fe(CN) 6 ]3- 进行显色反应的最佳条件、灵敏度、选择性和允许共存比。建立了微量的 [Fe(CN) 6 ]3-简便检定新方法 ,检出限为 0 .0 5 5 μg ,稀释限为 1∶4 .5× 10 6 。
Use of the drug, isoprenaline, as an analytical reagent was studied and it was found that isoprenaline has a sensitive reaction with ferricyanide ion [Fe(CN)_6] 3- forming a orange-red complex. The optimum condition of the detection reaction, its sensitivity and selectivity were studied, and a new method of detection of [Fe(CN)_6] 3- was established. The limit of detection was found to be 0.055μg with a limit of dilution 1 to 4.5×10 6.
