摘要
在 0 .36mol·L- 1H2 SO4 0 .6 0mol·L- 1H3PO4 混合酸介质中 ,DBF 偶氮氯膦与铋形成蓝色配合物 ,最大吸收波长位于 6 38nm ,表观摩尔吸光系数为 9.4× 10 4 L·mol- 1·cm- 1,铋浓度在 0 30 μg/2 5ml范围内符合比耳定律。用直接光度法测定了果胶铋胶囊、陈香路白路片、枸橼酸铋钾颗粒等药物中铋 ,结果满意。
In a mixed acid medium of 0.36mol·L -1 H_2SO_4-0.60mol·L -1 H_3PO_4, bismuth(Ⅲ) reacts with CPA-DBF to form a blue complex, having its absorption maxima at 638nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 9.4×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 . Beer′s law holds in the concentration range of 0~30μg of Bi(Ⅲ) per 25ml of solution. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of bismuth in some drug samples, e.g. colloidal bismuth pectin capsule, bismuth potassium citrate granules etc.
