正常人体的心率变异性RRI频谱密度分析 被引量:6

摘要 本实验测定了 82名健康青年学生在安静状态下的心电图 ,通过计算机描记出RR间期(RRI)变化的频谱曲线 (PSD) ,得出正常人在安静状态下的总变异性(TV)、低频成分 (LF)、高频成分(HF)以及LF/HF比值。结果显示 :安静状态下男性TV为 2 973 0 7± 2 3 0 9 2 3ms2 ,LF/HF为 1 0 9±1 3 2 ;女性分别为 3 495 95±2 81 9 3 2ms2 及 1 0 2± 1 2 1 ,男女之间无显著性差异 ,P >0 0 5。本研究检测出正常大学生 ( 1 8-1 9岁 )在安静状态下的心率变异性 (HRV)范围 ,为进一步探索HRV与健身运动的关系打下了工作基础。
