摘要
外高桥造船基地根据工艺要求共建厂房约18万平方米,跨度、柱距、行车吨位各不相同,根据不同条件,设计时采用了门式刚架、平面桁架、空间桁架、网架等四种不同形式的屋架系统,本文对所采用的屋架系统做一技术总结,以便今后设计类似的单层工业厂房时参考。
The plants at Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Base cover around 180000 square meters,and the span and space of Columns for the plants as well as the tonnage of traveling crane arc different from one another. According to different conditions, four different structures including doorlikc rigid frame, plane joist, spatial joist and reticular'frame were adopted for the roofs. This article made a technical summary about the roof structural system, which can be referred for similar one- floor manufacturing plant design in future.
