老年人与中青年人急诊内镜检查资料分析

Analysis of Endoscopic Findings of Old and Young Patients in Emerency

本文对上消化道出血的老年人与中青年人急诊内镜检查的结果进行比较。从老年人内镜检查的结果发现老年人上消化道出血的发病率近年来明显上升,且以胃溃疡及肿瘤为多见。临床表现为呕血伴黑粪。由于老年人出血前无任何症状,出血后又不易止血,故出血源的及时诊断对于治疗及预后极为重要。

The endoscopic findings between old and young patients with upper gastrointestinal blee ding (UGIB) were compared in this paper. The results showed that the morbid ity of old ones had increased obviously in recent years, and gastric ulcers as well as tumors predominated. The clinic symptoms and signs are hematemesis, or melena, or both. There is not any omen prior to UGIB and it′s hard to stop the bleeding after hemorrhage, so it is highly important for old ones with UGIB to locate the sites of bleeding timely for the treatment and prognoses.
