摘要
为了满足油气勘探开发向纵深发展的需要 ,石油液动冲击回转钻井技术作为一种高效的硬地层钻井技术受到国内外科研工作者的广泛关注。而其中性能优良的冲击器的设计与制造是该技术得以大面积推广的关键所在。文章通过分析冲击器的工作状态 ,冲击参数动力学模型的建立及模型检验给现场提供了一套系统的冲击参数设计方法 ,为冲击器的设计和改进提供了可靠的依据。
In order to meet the needs of the deep expansion of oil and gas exploration and development, a great deal attention has been paid to the petroleum hydraulic percussive-rodary drilling technique taking as a high effective method for drilling hard formation by domestic and foreign scientific research personnel. It is the key of popularizing such a technique on a large scale to design and make an impactor with excellent performance. Through analyzing the working conditions of the impactor, establishing and verifying the dynamic model of percussive paramters, a suit of design methods of the percussive parameters are proposed in the paper, which provides a reliable basis for designing and improving the impactor in production units.
