摘要 长庆榆林气田在开始建设时采用了常温分离的技术工艺 ,但在生产中发现集气、输气管道中有凝析油析出 ,影响了正常生产。为此 ,首先在榆— 9集气站改用低温分离的集输工艺 ,经过工业模拟试验 ,目前已在该气田其他集气站逐步推广。文章介绍了在长庆榆林气田南区上古生界气藏开采中 ,充分利用气藏地层压力 ,采用节流制冷脱油、脱水的低温分离工艺 ,以满足外输天然气水、烃露点的要求. Normal temperature separation technology was used at early time in Yulin gas field. It was found that there was gas condensate condensing in gas transmission pipeline, which influenced the pipeline's normal operation. So, low temperature separation technology was first used in Yu - 9 gas gathering station. After industrial simulation test, application of the technology has been expanded to the other stations gradually. The article introduces the exploitation of Upper Paleozoic gas reservoir in south region of Yulin gas field: how make good use of the formation pressure and apply the low temperature separation technology with throttling refrigeration to meet the requirements of de-oil and dewatering by the dew points of water and hydrocarbon of the transmitted gas.
