MMA/S对超细PVC单丝刚性增韧的应用研究

Research on the application of MMA/S to increase the rigid and toughness of superfine PVC monofilament

采用挤出法以MMA/S对超细PVC单丝进行了刚性增韧。研究表明 :采用MMA/S可以明显提高PVC单丝韧性 ,同时还可以改善加工流动性 ,MMA/S的加入量以 3～ 4份为佳 (以 10 0份PVC为基准 ) ,但单丝的拉伸强度将随MMA/S添加量的增加而有所下降。

MMA/S was used to increase the rigid and toughness of the superfine PVC monofilament by extrusion process.It was showed that MMA/S could distinctly increase the toughness of PVC monofilament,and improve the processing flowability.The optimum usage of MMA/S was 3～4 parts (based on 100 parts PVC).However,the tensile strength of PVC monofilament decreased to some extent with the increase of using amount of MMA/S.
