复合生物陶瓷在尖牙再移植中的应用

The application of Compoud Bioceramics in The Implentation of Canine

人体尖牙在颌面、牙弓中占重要位置,对维持人颌面的正常形态、功能起重要作用。尖牙异位埋伏阻生、严重错位、移位,影响人体面容美观。本文采用拔除异位尖牙,并移植回尖牙应在牙列位置,用复合生物陶瓷一人工骨充填固位的方法治疗11例,经一年半观察,取得良好效果。

Canine teeth play an important role in maintaining normal appearance and function of maxillofacial region.Ectopic impacted canine teeth seriously affect the patient's as well as oral functions.The ectoipc impacted canine teeth of 11 cases were extracted and reimplanted at the normal position in the arch.The space between the roots and alveoli was filled with the Compound Bioceramics(C.B.C.):a kind of newly developed artiflcial bone.The results of one and a half years' clinical trials were very good.
