摘要
介绍了福建省南平市榕昌化工有限公司用国产HPMC - 6 0RT5 0替代进口HPMC -E5 0主分散剂生产PVC树脂的情况。实验在 13.5m3 聚合釜上进行 ,在其它配方相同的情况下 ,用 6 0RT5 0等量替代E5 0 ,主要进行了搅拌装置的改型和助剂配方的调整。将桨型由 5层斜桨改为 4层斜桨 ,桨叶间的间距也作了相应的调整 ,提高了搅拌装置的微观搅拌能力 ;通过正交实验选择了最佳的助剂配方组成及用量为 :m(6 0RT5 0 )∶m(KH - 17) =2 .0∶0 .8,EHP引发剂的用量为 3.0kg ,NaHCO3 用量为 3.5kg,冷搅时间为 30min。成功地实现了国产分散剂对进口分散剂的替代 ,生产的PVC树脂一级品率达 92 %。
In the production of PVC resin in Fujian Province Nanping City Rongchang Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,HPMC-60RT50 dispersant was used to substitute for imported HPMC-E50.Experiments mainly aiming at the modification of agitator and the adjustment of aids composition were performed in 13.5 m 3 polymerizer and the polymerization formula were the same except the substitution of E50 with 60RT50 in the same using amount.Through replacing the 5 slant blades by 4 slant slades and adjusting the distance between blades,the microstirring ability of agitator was improved. Through orthogonal experiments,the optimum compositions and using amount of aids were obtained ,which were m(60RT50)∶m(KH-17)=2.0∶0.8,3.0 kg EHP initiator,3.5 kg NaHCO 3 and 30 min cold stirring. The imported dispersant was successfully substituted with domestic dispersant and the rate of first grade PVC resin obtained could reach 92%.
