我国民事审判中在证据材料、举证责任分配、审判认证与推理等方面存在的弊端,《证据规定》针对此作出了相关规定,从而补充、完善了我国《民事诉讼法》的内客。

There exist some disadvantages about the distribution of the responsibility for proof materials, the putting of case to proof, and the judicial authentication and reasoning in the trial of civil action. Evidence Stipulation makes some concerned rules to compensate for and improve upon the contents of Civil Procedure Act.
