摘要
湖南石门电厂发电机内冷水处理先后采用了四种不同方法 ,即BTA +EA缓蚀剂法、溢流法、小混床处理法、除盐水与凝结水联合处理法。前三种处理方法均存在不同程度的水质超标 ,结合多年现场运行经验和不断探讨 ,针对存在的问题 ,提出了新的处理方法 ,并加以实施。实践表明 ,该方法对防止发电机内冷水系统空芯铜导线的腐蚀有明显效果 ,为发电机的安全经济运行提供了保障。
Four methods have been used for treating inner cooling water of the generator in Hunan Shimen Power Plant, namely BTA+EA, overflowing, small mixed bed and combined treatment of desalt water with condensed water. The quality of water treated with the former three methods is out of standard to some extent. Combined with experience and continuous study for many years, a new treatment method, i. e, the last one mentioned above, has been put forward for practical use.
