摘要
根据液性塑料夹具的实际结构进行了假设,并做了受力分析及径向变形量的计算。当夹紧工件时,相当对夹具产生了一个等量压缩载荷,可近似的看作是线性载荷。按照薄壁压力容器的原理,简化了公式的证明。
Hypqthesis has been made in this paper according to the reality structure of liquid plastics jag,progress analysis of bearing outside force has been made too,and radical volume of change has been caculated. When foxing the workpiece.an equal press load exerts on the corresponding jig,it can approximately be looked opon as linear load. According to the principle of the thin shell pressure container,proof of simplified MA'S formula.
