花生荚果及种子发育过程中乙烯、CTK和ABA水平的变化 被引量:4

摘要 在大田栽培条件下,系统测定了花生荚果及种子发育过程中内源乙烯、CTK和ABA水平的变化。结果表明,在花生荚果发育的全过程中均有乙烯释放,并出现2次释放高峰。花生荚果膨大前期,种子中具有较高的CTK和ABA含量。荚果膨大18~51天,种子胚中CTK含量逐渐降低,而ABA含量逐渐提高。胚芽、胚轴和胚根中的CTK和ABA含量明显高于子叶。 The changes of ethylene,cytokinins(CTK)and abscisic acid (ABA) were ststematically studied during the development of peanut pods and seeds in field conditions.The results areas follows: During the development of peanut pods, ethylene was continuously produced and two peaks were observed.During the early stage of peanut pod development, higher contents of CTK and ABA were observed in seeds.CTK content gradually reduced and ABA content increased in embryo from 18 to 51 day after pod expanding.The contents of CTK and ABA were higher in plumule, plumular axis and radicle than in cotyledon.
