几种梨属植物叶片的比较解剖学研究

STUDY ON COMPARATIVE ANATOMY OF LEAVE OF SOME PYRUS SPECIES

5种梨属植物叶片的一般解剖构造基本相似,但不同的种和品种之间存有一定的差别。主要表现在以下几方面:1)表皮细胞的大小、角质膜的厚度、气孔器的大小和密度有差异;2)叶肉的厚度、叶肉细胞的大小、密度和细胞内叶绿体的数量不同;3)叶脉维管束的大小和分布量等也有一定的差异。

The general internal structure of leanves of five Pyrus are similar to each other basically, but there are certain difference among varieties. The maindiversities are displayed as follows: 1. the size of epidermis cell, the thickness of cuticular memberanes, the size and density of stomatal apparatus; 2. the thicknness of mesophyll, the size and density of mesophyll cells and the numbers of chloroplast in mesophyll cells; 3. the size and the distribute density of vascular bundle of veins.
