新型陶瓷的摩擦磨损研究

摘要 对新型SIC晶须韧陶瓷∥HPD(平行于热压轴方向)和⊥HPD面在空气中的抗磨损性能进行了试验研究。结果表明,新型陶瓷∥HPD面的抗磨损性明显高于⊥HPD面,与优质普通陶瓷相比,∥HPD面较耐磨,而⊥HPD面较差。文中讨论了用SIC晶须加强陶瓷刀具JX—1加工镍基合金GH761时∥HPD面与⊥HPD面抗磨性差别较大的原因。 The wear behaviour of∥HPD (parallel hot press dirction) and⊥HPD surfaces of a new SICw reinforced ceramic in air were studied.The results show that wear resistances of∥HPD surface is much higher than that of⊥HPD surface and SICw reinforced ceramic′s wear resestance is higher than outstanding common-ceramic in∥HPD surface and lower in⊥HPD surface. The different wear resistances of the SICw reinforced ceramic tool JX-l′s//HPD and⊥HPD surfaces when machining nickel-based alloy GH761 has been discussed in this paper.
