急性病毒性坏死症病毒在栉孔扇贝不同器官的感染状况 被引量:9

摘要 应用超薄切片、负染电镜技术以及ELISA对自然发病和人工感染发病的栉孔扇贝之外套膜、鳃、肝胰腺、肾、肠、及闭壳肌等主要器官急性病毒性坏死症 (AcuteVirusNecrobioticDisease,AVND)病毒的感染状况进行了研究。三种检测方法均表明 ,病贝的外套膜及肝胰腺为AVND病毒感染最严重的器官 ,肾以及肠组织次之 ,鳃及闭壳肌病毒感染程度最轻。本结果同时表明 ,AVND病毒在病贝体内广泛分布 ,侵染的细胞主要为上述器官皮下肌细胞的细胞质内 ,侵染细胞超微结构表现为生物膜肿胀 ,并出现“髓袢样” The distribution of acute virus necrobiotic disease virus in mantle, gill, hepatopancreas, kidney, intestine and muscle of scallop Chlamys farreri naturally diseased and artificially infected was detected by ultra thin section electron microscopic technique, negative staining electron microscopic technique and ELISA.The results show that mantle and hepatopancreas were the main organs infected by a large number of AVND virus. The aggregates of AVND virus particles present in the kidney and intestine were found with middle level and that in the gill as well as muscle were rarely observed. The AVND virus invaded connective tissue under epithelial cells and existed in cytoplasm of these cells. The attack of virus led to pathological features such as swollen of cell membrane and myeloid body in infected cells.
