莱阳茌梨果实斑痕的解剖学研究 被引量:7

摘要 对莱阳茌梨果实斑痕进行了解剖学观察。结果表明,皮孔示木形成层的发生及其活动是形成果实斑痕的主要原因。皮孔由气孔处产生。果实上的气孔由保卫细胞构成。随着果实的发育成熟,气孔器逐渐破坏,气孔室内的薄壁细胞恢复分裂能力产生出木栓形成层。并进而产生出许多或大或小的皮孔,有些地方形成了大量木栓层细胞而突出于果实表面,形成“果点”,有些果点连成一片形成锈斑。创伤或其它外界刺激也可形成斑痕。 The anatomical reserches on speckles of the laiyang pear indicated that the formation and action of the phellogen was the main element of developing fruit speckles. The stomata of the fuit consisted of two gardcells. With developing of the fruit, it was getting destroied. The parenchyma in cavity of the stomata resumed dividing and formed phellogen that formed a lot of periderm. On some places of the pear, projecting cells of phellem formed fruit spot. Some fruit spot joined together and formed rust spot. Wound and other external stimulation can form speckles.
