摘要
通过对过氧化物酶同功酶的分析,探讨了花生发芽过程中过氧化物酶同功酶的变化。实验结果表明,供试的16个品种酶谱不一,主酶带相同,次酶带品种间有差异;类型间、品种间同功酶在酶带数目及着色程度上有着不同的消长规律。酶带出现的高峰期是发芽第9天。
Variation of peroxidase isoenzyme(POI) during germination of peanut (Arachis hypogaea L.) was studied. The results showed that there was no difference for the main enzymic bands, but secondary bands were different among the 16 analysed varieties. The growth and decline pattern of enzymic band number and color was different among the types and varieties. The peak of enzymic band appearence was the ninth day after germination.
