摘要
对蔷薇科核果类果树的4属16种进行了体细胞染色体观察,发现欧李为二倍体,黑刺李为六倍体。对二倍体种进行核型分析表明,全部核型均由中部着丝点染色体和近中部着丝点染色体组成。新疆桃和西伯利亚杏核型公式为2n=2x=16=10m+6sm;其余种核型公式相同,为2n=2x=16=12m+4sm。核型类别均为B型,各种间核型不对称系数变化范围为57.19%~59.95%,属的特异性不明显。
In this paper, the somatic chromosome numbers of 16 drupe species in Rosaceae are accounted, We found that C. humilis (Bge) Sok is diploid (2x) and P. spinosa L. is hexaploid (6x) and the others are the same with the results of the former study. Karyotype analysis was made in 12 diploid species and the result indicated that: all karyotypes of 12 drupe species consisted of the metacentric (m) and submetacentric (sm)chromosomes; the karyotype formulas of A. ferganensis Kou. et Kost and A. sibirical were 2n=2x=16=10m+6sm, and the formulas of the others are 2n=2x=16=12m+4sm. According to the karyotype classification of G. L. Stebbins, the karyotype of the drupe species studied in this paper belonged to B—type. The non-symmetrical coefficents of keryotype among the species are varied at a range of 57.19%~59.95%. The species specificity is non-significant.
