摘要
甜樱桃小孢子的发生为同时型。越冬前小孢子母细胞已形成,3月中旬小孢子母细胞开始进行减数分裂,形成四分体,3月底形成单核花粉粒,4月上旬花粉粒成熟。甜樱桃具腺质绒毡层。绒毡层自小孢子母细胞减数分裂完成时开始退化,至2细胞花粉粒成熟时完全退化消失,绒毡层与小孢子的发育之间有着明显的相关性。
The microsporogenesis of Cerasus avium(L. )Moench belongs to the simultaneous type. Microsporocytes formed before overwintering. By the mid March, microsporocytes begin their meiosis and result in microspore tetrads. Uninucleate pollen grains form in the late March and change into mature in early April. A glandular tapetum exists in Cerasus avium (L. )Moench. There is an obvious interrelation between the development of tapetum and microspore.
