摘要 对莱阳茌梨茎干环剥后新皮再生过程进行了详细的组织学观察。结果表明,梨树茎干大面积环剥后在适当的条件下也能再生出新皮。环剥后不久就可由未成熟木质部分子和射线细胞中发生出愈伤组织。这些愈伤组织一般在靠近表面处发生木栓形成层,而在愈伤组织里面靠近原来的次生木质部处分化出新的维管形成层。新发生的维管形成层正常地向外分化出韧皮部,向内分化出木质部。经过1个月的时间,就可建立起完整的新皮。 This paper deals with an anatomical study on the regeneration of Pyrus bretschnideri Rehd cv. Tse-Li stem after girdling. The results showed that the stem of Laiyang pear girdled at a certain stage generally grows new rind. Several days after girdling, callus develops from the non-traumatized ray cells and other cells which are exposed on the surface of the secondary xylem. Later, a cork cambium developed near the surface of the callus. The newly formed cambium can normally produce phloem outward and xylem inward. It takes about one month for the girdled stem of Pyrus bretschnideri Rehd, cv. Tse-Li to grow complete new rind.
