摘要
利用滑走切片机切片,电镜扫描的方法对国产梨属植物14个种中的13个种的成熟种皮解剖构造进行了研究。梨属植物成熟种皮的解剖构造可分为5层:表皮层、外种皮(石细胞层和薄壁细胞层)、内种皮、珠心和胚乳残留层。种皮厚度在140.31~302.28μm之间,表皮层厚度在7.90~42.41μm之间,外种皮的石细胞层厚度在70.75~176.70μm之间,外种皮的薄壁细胞层厚度在7.66~70.25μm之间,内种皮很薄,珠心厚度在6.69~19.80μm之间,胚乳残留层厚度在26.75~102.38μm之间。种皮厚度和各层的厚度具有一定的稳定性。
With the Sliding Microtome and Scanning Electricity Microscope, the anatomical structure of mature seed-coat of Pyrus(13 species)were studied in detailed by the authors in this present paper. The anatomical structure of mature seed-coat could be divided into five layers: epidermis. testa(sclereids layer and parenchyma). nucellus and endosperm. The thickness of seed-coat is between 140.31μm to 302.28μm, and the thickness of epidermis is between 7.90μm to 42.41μm, the sclereids layer of testa between 70.75μm to 176.70μm, the parenchyma of testa between 7.66μm to 70.25μm, the nucellus between 6.69μm to 19.80μm, the endosperm between 26.75~102.38μm. The thickness of seed-coat or every layer has certain stability, so it is important to classification and systematics of the genus Pynus.
