TERT在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究端粒酶逆转录酶 (TERT)在膀胱移行细胞癌 (TCC)中的表达特征 ,探讨 TERT与 TCC生物学行为的关系 ,选取不同分期、分级的膀胱移行细胞癌组织、癌旁组织、正常膀胱组织 ,用 TERT抗体和链酶卵蛋白 -过氧化物酶 (SP)免疫组织化学方法染色 ,观察 TERT的表达程度。结果显示 :TERT阳性的细胞主要是肿瘤细胞 ,免疫组化染色阳性表现为肿瘤细胞浆及部分胞核的棕黄色颗粒。TCC组织 TERT阳性率为 81.9% ,不同病理分级、临床分期之间无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。认为 TCC组织中 TERT阳性率明显高于正常膀胱粘膜组织及癌旁粘膜组织 ,TERT可作为 TCC早期诊断、鉴别诊断及预测复发的肿瘤标志物之一。 To study the patterns of the expression of TERT in human bladder transitional cell carcinoma and to evaluate its relationship to the biological malignant potentials of TCC, the expression of TERT of carcinoma tissues, adjac e nt tissues and normal bladder tissues were examined using antibody of human TERT and Streptavidin HRP(SP) immunohistochemical method The results were analysi se d statistically It was found that TERT was expressed diffusely in the cytoplas m and partly in the nuclei of the cancer cells The positive rate of TERT in TCC was significantly higher than that in the adjacent tissues and normal blad der tissues(P<0 01) But unexp ectedly, no significant correlation was observ ed between the positive rate of TERT and the clinicopathologic features, includi ng pathologic grade and clinical stage(P>0 05) We cou ld speculate that TERT may be a critical step in the pathogenesis of TCC TERT is a useful marker for dete cting TCC and predicting recurrence of TCC
