摘要
文章指出并分析了教育质量的重要性和在新形势下提高教育质量的具体措施 ,并围绕教育服务观念就提高我国人才培养的质量与今后高教发展作了阐述。
This article analyses the importance to improve education quality with emphasis on the role the service for education plays to improve the quality of our qualified personnel as well as higher education.
