缺素培养对夏谷幼苗吸收磷钾钙镁的影响 被引量:15

摘要 利用水培试验研究了缺素培养对夏谷幼苗吸收磷钾钙镁矿质营养元素的影响。结果表明,完全营养条件下,夏谷幼苗上位4叶片间P、K、Mg的含量无明显差异,而Ca的含量由下而上逐渐降低。缺氮培养和缺钾培养的幼苗叶片中均有磷的积累,但其原因各异。缺钾培养的幼苗叶片中出现镁的积累现象,然而缺镁培养并没有降低幼苗叶片中钾的含量。缺磷培养显著降低夏谷幼苗对镁的吸收,但缺镁培养的叶片磷素含量并没有减少。 In order to study the effects of nutrient deficient culture on the absorption of P、K、Ca and Mg of summer millet seedling, the water culture experiment was carried out. It was shown by experimental results that P、K and Mg concentration had not significant diference among the uper 4 leaf of summer millet seedling but the Ca concentration was higher than lower ones. There were accumulation of phosphorus in seedling nitrogen and potassium deficiency cultured while Mg accumulation have been found when potassium deficiency and potassium concentration was not decreased by magnesium deficiency. The absorption of magnesium was decreased significantly by phosphorus deficiency while the phosphorus concentration was not decreased by magnesium deficiency.
