摘要
采用透射电镜观察了我国14种梨属植物的130个类型、品种花粉壁的结构。观察结果表明,130个类型、品种的花粉壁均具有覆盖层、棒状层、基层、外壁内层和内壁等层次。同一类型或品种花粉壁的结构比较稳定,不同种之间有明显的区别,同一种内不同类型或品种花粉壁各层的形态及厚度也有一定差别。豆梨花粉壁的结构具有原始性状,是我国梨属植物的一个原始种。褐梨花粉壁也具有较原始的性状。白梨花粉壁的结构兼具沙梨和秋子梨的性状,可能是沙梨与秋子梨的天然杂交种。
Pollen wall structure of I4 species 130 types or varieties of Pyrus in China have been observed by TEM. The result of observation indicates that all pollen walls havr tectum, bacula, foot-layer, endexine and intine. The pollen wall structure of the same type or variey is quite stable while obvious difference exists between various species. There are certain diversities in shape and thickness of pollen wall each layer between various types or varieties of the same species of Pyrus. P. calleryana is one of the primitive species of Pyius in China because of the original character in its pollen wall structure and that of P. phaeocarpa also have rather primitive character. The pollen wall structure of P. bretschneideri has the character of both P. pyrifolia and P. ussuriensis, therefore, it may be the natural hybrid of P. pyrifolia and P. ussuriensis.
