变形链球菌GbpA的GBD融合蛋白诱导SD大鼠产生免疫应答 被引量:3

摘要 目的 研究变形链球菌葡聚糖结合蛋白A(glucanbindingprotein A ,GbpA)的GBD融合蛋白免疫SD大鼠时 ,其所诱导的血清和唾液特异性免疫反应。方法 用纯化的变形链球菌GbpA的GBD融合蛋白皮下免疫SD大鼠 ,免疫后间隔一定的时间收集大鼠的血清及唾液 ,间接ELISA检测血清及唾液中特异性抗GBD抗体。结果 GBD融合蛋白免疫大鼠 ,可引起血清中IgG及唾液中IgA的显著提高。另外 ,GBD融合蛋白免疫大鼠 ,38d采血 ,血清中抗GBD抗体效价最高 ,后逐渐降低。结论变形链球菌GbpA的GBD融合蛋白具有免疫原性 ,可供研制防龋疫苗参考。 Objective To study the specific immune response in serum and salivary of SD rats induced by the GBD fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans glucan binding protein-A. Methods Purified GBD fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans GbpA was used to immune SD rats by subcutaneous injection route. Serum and saliva were collected and were tested by ELISA. Results Immunization with GBD fusion protein were able to induce significant serum IgG antibody and salivary IgA antibody (P<0.01). In addition, the titer of anti-GBD in serum at the thirty-eighth day after the first immunization was the highest one. Conclusion GBD fusion protein of Streptococcus mutans glucan binding protein-A has the immunogenicity and is a candidate vaccine.
