摘要
对10个平菇(Pleurotus)品种的5个发育期的酯酶同工酶进行了聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析。结果表明,桑葚期和珊瑚期酶活性最高,珊瑚期酶带最多,有21条带,菌丝期最少,仅有10条带。不同品种的平菇A区与B区酶带差异较小,可视为平菇的标志酶带,而C区与D区酶带差异较大,表现出品种特征。
The esterase isoenzyme in 10 pleurotus (Pleurotus ostreatus (Fr)kummer) varieties in 5 growth periods was determined by polyacylamide gel clectrophoresis. The results were as follows: the highest enzymatic activity displayed in mulberry and coral periods; the maximum bands of 21 appeared in cpral period and the minimum of 10 in hypha period; there was little difference in sections A and B of the band among the analysed varieties, so they could be considered as mark bands; there was more difference in sections C and D which showed the characteristics of varieties.
