鸡睾丸内的神经分布——HRP法

A HRP STUDY ON THE INTRINSIC INNERVATION OF THE TESTIS OF THE MALE CHICKEN

将CB—HRP注入鸡的一侧睾丸内,对睾丸内的神经分布进行标记。结果表明鸡睾丸的间质、被膜内及血管周围有大量的神经纤维和少量的神经元分布。神经元为小型细胞,突起清晰,多单一存在。

CB-HRP was injected into the unilateral testis of the male chicken, the intrinsic innervation was investigated. A great many nervous fibers and a few of neurons were located in the capsulae, interstitial tissues and around blood vessels of the testis. The labelled neurons were round or elliptical, their average diameters were 24×18μm.
