摘要
报道了以固体超强酸SO4 2 - /TiO2 -MoO3为多相催化剂 ,通过环己酮和 1,2 -丙二醇反应合成了环己酮 1,2 -丙二醇缩酮 ,探讨SO4 2 - /TiO2 -MoO3对缩酮反应的催化活性 ,较系统地研究了酮醇摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明 ,SO4 2 - /TiO2 -MoO3是合成环己酮 1,2 -丙二醇缩酮的良好催化剂 ,在酮醇摩尔比为 1∶1 5 ,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的 1 5 % ,环己烷为带水剂 ,反应时间 1h的优化条件下 ,环己酮 1,2 -丙二醇缩酮的收率可达83 2 %。
Cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and 1,2-propylene glycol in the presence of SO 4 2- /TiO 2-MoO 3. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the best conditions were found out. The optimum conditions were as follows: molar ratio of cyclohexanone to 1,2-propylene glycol 1∶1 5, the quantity of catalyst equal to 1 5% of feed stocks, and the reaction time 1 0 h. SO 4 2- /TiO 2-MoO 3 was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing cyclohexanone 1,2-propylene ketal and its yield can reach over 83 2%.
