摘要
利用颗粒状活性炭固载对甲苯磺酸作催化剂 ,在微波辐射下 ,快速合成苯甲酸异戊酯。实验结果显示 ,当微波功率为 5 5 0W ,催化剂用量为 1 8g ,醇酸摩尔比为 3∶1,反应时间仅为3 0min ,酯化率达 95 0 %。通过实验还发现 ,微波辐射下 ,反应速率明显高于常规加热方式。
Isoamyl benzorate was synthesized by catalysis of p-toluenesulfonic acid supported on activated carbon under microwave irradiation. The experiment results showed that when power of microwave irradiation was 550 W, amount of catalyst was 1.8 g, molar ratio of alcohol to acid was 3.0∶1, reaction time was 30 min , yield of the product was 95.0 %. Additionally, it was found that under microwave irradiation, the reaction rate of esterification and yield of the product was higher than that of conventional heating method.
