摘要
活性炭纤维负载的SnO作反应催化剂 ,合成了偏苯三酸三辛酯 (TOTM)。研究了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量等因素对合成的影响。通过选择反应条件和合理控制反应终点 ,省去了粗产物中和、水洗和脱色过程 ,避免了产品损失和废水。
Trioctyl 1,2,4-benzenetricarboxylate was synthesized using activated carbon supported SnO as a catalyst.The effects of reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,amout of catalyst etc.on the conversion of trimellitic anhydride were examined.The optimum conditions were obtained with no loss of product, no waste water and no offscum and this method need no neutralization,no water washing and decolouring.
