摘要
采用螯型主体分子trans 1,2 二苯基 1,2 苊二醇 (A)作为主体分子 ,可以选择性地识别蒿本挥发油中的肉豆蔻醚 (B)并以包结物晶体 (A) +(B)形式析出 .利用Kugelrohr真空蒸馏技术将肉豆蔻醚从包结物晶体中分离出来。化学纯度接近 10 0 % ,产率为 4 .5 %。采用IR ,粉末XRD ,1HNMR等分析方法确定了包结物的形成 .采用IR ,1HNMR ,MS等分析方法 ,确定了被分离的化学组分的结构为肉豆蔻醚。实验结果表明 ,该方法分离蒿本挥发油中的肉豆蔻醚组分有选择性高 ,速度快 ,方法简单等优点。
The chela shape molecule,trans -1,2-biphenyl-1,2-acenaphthendiol (A), as host molecule, can selectively recognize the myristicine component (B) from the volatile oil ofLigustium sinenseoliv and form crystalline inclusion compound(A)+(B). Myristicine (B) was obtained from the inclusion crystalline of (A)+(B)by Kugelrohr vacuum technology. The formation of inclusion compound was confirmed by means of IR and powder XRD. The structure of selectively isolated component was elucidated as myristicine by means of IR, 1H NMR and MS spectra. The results show that the inclusion method is simple, rapid and selective for the isolation of myristicine from volatile oil ofLigustium sinenseoliv.
