DETERMINATION OF PAEONIFLORIN IN SHIQUAN DABU CAPSULE BY TLC-UV METHOD

目的 建立薄层层析 -紫外分光光度法测定十全大补胶囊中芍药苷含量的方法。方法 使用硅胶GF2 54薄层板 ,醋酸乙酯∶甲酸∶冰醋酸∶水 (30∶2∶2∶4 )为展开剂 ,在紫外光灯 (2 5 4nm )下定位 ,2 30nm波长处检测。结果 点样量在 2 5～ 12 5 μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,其回归方程为Y =0 .0 0 4 6 5 8C 0 .0 195 9,r =0 .9994 ,平均回收率为 99.2 0 % ,RSD =1.19%。结论本法准确 ,适用于该药的质量控制。

Objective A method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin in Shiquan Dabu Capsule by TLC-UV. Methods Using TLC plate,a mixture of ethyl acetate:formic acid:acetic acid:water(30∶2∶2∶4)was used as developer,fix the position under the lightof a UV lamp(254 nm),detection wavelengthe was 230 nm. Results Linear range was 25～125 μg,regression equation: y =0.004658c-0.01959, r =0.9994.The average recovery was 99.18% and RSD=1.20%.Conclusions The method is accurate.It is suitable for the preparation quality control.
