摘要
从山蕉 (MitrephoramaingayiHook)树枝的乙醇提取物中首次分离得到 11个化合物 ,经波谱分析和与已知品对照 ,鉴定为 β 谷甾醇 (1)、(2S ,3S ,4R ,2′R) 2 (2′ 羟基二十四烷酰氨基 )十八烷 1,3,4 三醇 (2 )、N methylcorydaldine(3)、scopoletin(4)、香草醛 (5 )、对甲氧基苯甲酸 (6 )、salutaridine(7)、8 氧 四氢巴马亭 (8)、liriodenine(9)、异波尔定 (10 )和胡萝卜苷 (11)。
Eleven compounds,β-sitosterol(1),(2S,3S,4R,2′R)-2-(2′-hydroxytetracosanoylamino) octadecane-1,3,4 -triol(2),N-methylcorydaldine(3),scopoletin (4),vanillin (5),p-methoxybenzoic acid(6),salutaridine (7),8-oxotetrahydropalmatine (8),liriodenine (9),isoboldine (10) and daucosterol (11) were firstly isolated from Mitrephora maingayi Hook. They were identified by spectral data and comparision of them with authentic samples.
