摘要
采用乙醇提取 ,硅胶柱层析分离和波谱方法鉴定结构 ,从白茎绢蒿 (Seriphidiumterrae albae(Krasch)Poljak)中初步分离鉴定出 9个化合物 :α 山道年 (α santonin ,1) ,蒲公英赛醇 (taraxerol,2 ) ,蒲公英甾醇乙酸酯 (taraxasterylacetate ,3) ,乌苏酸 (ursolicacid ,4 ) ,β 谷甾醇 (β sitosterol,5 ) ,胡萝卜甙 (daucos terol,6 ) ,二十五烷酸 α 单甘油酯 (pentacosanoicacid 2′,3′ dihydroxypropylester,7) ,硬脂酸 (steraricacid ,8)和二十四烷酸 (tetracosanoicacid ,9) ,这些化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Nine compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Seriphidium terrae-albae (Krasch) Poljak and identified as α-santonin,taraxerol,taraxasteryl acetate,ursolic acid,β-sitosterol,daucosterol,pentacosanoic acid 2′,3′-dihydroxypropyl ester,steraric acid and tetracosanoid acid.Their structures were determined on the basis of chemical evidence and spectral data.These compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
