摘要 利用二维激光测速测量了离心泵输送粘油时最优和小流量工况下大出口角小包角叶轮内部流动。试验表明 ,在叶片吸力面存在已经分离的尾流 ,压力面不存在射流 ,叶轮内部流动与射流 /尾流模型不符 。 The flow of viscous oil in a centrifugal pump impeller with large blade discharge and small wrapping angles was measured by using a two-dimensional laser Doppler velocimeter at the best efficiency and part-loading points. The results show that wake separation appears near the blade suction side and the jet does not exist near blade pressure side, so that the well-known jet/wake flow model is not suitable for the impeller tested. The range that the wake covers is dependent upon the pump working conditions.
