摘要
随着经济体制改革的不断深入，我国传统的企业业绩评价体系已不能适应需要，构建现代企业业绩评价体系成为当务之急。本文对构建现代企业业绩评价体系应考虑的因素及其内容和指标体系进行了探讨和研究。
With the economic reform deepening, the conventional evaluation system for enterprises' achievements can't meet the need, therefore it is urgent to construct a modern and indexes when constructing to modern system.
