镍负载硅酸铝催化剂上丙烯齐聚反应研究(Ⅰ)

Studies of Propylene Oligomerization over Nickel-supported Silica-Alumina Catalyst(Ⅰ)

利用浸渍法制得镍负载硅酸铝催化剂(Ni-SA),在小型固定床高压反应装置上评定了催化剂的活性,考察了催化剂活化条件和反应条件对催化性能的影响.结果发现,在最佳条件下,Ni-SA 催化剂用于丙烯齐聚反应转化率可选90%以上,三聚和四聚选择性总和达70%左右,催化剂寿命达630L 产品油/kg 催化剂.可见催化剂是一种具有工业应用前景的良好丙烯三、四聚催化剂.

Nickel-supported Silica-Alumina catalyst(Ni-SA)was prepared byinfusion,The propylene oligomerization over Ni-SA has been studied byusing fixed-bed high-pressure reaction apparatus.The effect of activatingconditions and reaction conditions on catalytic activity and selectivityof trimer and tetramer was observed.The results showed that on conditionthat reaction temperature was 373-393K and reaction pressure was 2.5MPa,propylene conversion was over 90%,trimer and tetramer selectivitywas over 70%,the lifetime of catalyst was 630 liter product oil/kg catalyst
