摘要
灯盏细辛 [Erigeronbreviscapine(vant)HandMass]是产于云南等地的一种具有良好抗心脑血管疾病作用的植物。从 70年代开始 ,灯盏花中一系列化学成分被分离鉴定出来。其中 ,灯盏花素在治疗脑血栓、脑缺血、脑血管后遗症及对抗血小板凝聚等方面有很好的临床疗效[1] ,本文对灯盏花素的提取分离、药理、临床应用及灯盏花乙素的全合成等方面的研究进展进行综述。
Erigeron breviscapine (vant)Hand Mass grows in Yunnan et al .It is effective in treating cardiovascular and cerebral vessels diseases.A number of chemical constitutes have been isolated from Erigeron breviscapine (vant)Hand Mass since 1970's,among which breviscapine is effective in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis,cerebral ischemia,cardiovascular diseases and platelet condense etc.This article reviewed the research progress in the extraction,separation,pharmacology,clinical application and the synthesis of scutellarin-7-O-glucuronide which is the main constituent of breviscapine.
