山黧豆中α—及β—草酰二氨基丙酸相对含量的电泳测定及分离 被引量:5

摘要 本文用电泳扫描法对国内一些山黧豆样品中α—及β—草酰二氟基丙酸的相对含量进行了测定井改进了二者的分离方法. An electrophoresis method for the determination of relative contentof α—and β—oxalyldiaminopropionie acid in some samples of LathyrusSativus has been developed.The condition of separation of α—and β—oxalyldiaminopropionie acid by ion exchange chromatography has alsobeen discussed and improved.
