摘要
排空法是船舶最常用的压载水更换方法,但目前这种方法还不尽完善。针对目前存在的问题进行分析,并从船舶设计和船舶操作两个方面对这些问题提出改进措施。
The emptying method is the most common application in ballast water exchange, but it is still not perfect so far. This paper analyzes the present problems of this method and attempt to solve the problems based on the ship design and operation. [
