含利福喷丁方案对结素强阳性患者预防性治疗效果观察

A Study of Treatment Effects of Rifapentine Preventing Teenager Tuberculosis against Positive PPD Reaction

目的 :探讨含利福喷丁方案对结核菌素强阳性患者预防性治疗的依从性及治疗效果。方法 :追踪观察结核菌素强阳性患者的利福喷丁预防性治疗过程 ,了解方案的依从情况及结核病发病情况。结果 :5 468例结核病高危患者 ,预防性治疗接受率 83 .87% ,药物不良反应发生率 7.2 0 %。活动性结核病 5年发病率 40 4 .968/1 0万 ,低于一般人群。结论 :含利福喷丁的预防性治疗方案 ,对结核病的发生具有较好的预防作用 。

Objective: To reveal the treatment effects of rifapentine preventing teenager tuberculosis.Method: The course of the preventative treatment of rifapentine against the positive PPD reaction was continually observed and an acceptable scheme and incidence of teenager tuberculosis were studied.Result: The acceptable rate was 83.87% . The rate of adverse drug reactions was 7.20% . The active tuberculosis incidence was 404.968 /106 during five years. It was lower than that in general mass.Conclusion: It was feasible that patients with the positive PPD reaction were treated for three months with the plan consisting of rifapentine preventing tuberculosis.
