摘要
本文研究了六种成分不同、生产工艺不同的共析轨钢的低周疲劳性能,结果表明,钢轨的疲劳强度不仅与其屈服强度有关,而且与循环应力—应变的特性有关。在中、高应变幅下,c_r-v 钢的疲劳寿命最短,这与其塑性较低有关,在低应变幅下,标准普碳轨钢的疲劳寿命最短,这与其强度较低有关。
This paper introduces the low cycle fatigue behavior of the six eutec-ctoid rail steels with different processing histories and/or compositions.The results show that the fatigue strength of the rail steel is not onlyrelated to its yield strength,but also to its cyclic stress-strain property.At the medium or high strain amplitude,the Cr-V steel had the lowestfatigue life because of its low ductility.At the low strain amplitude thecarbon rail steel exhibited the lowest fatigue life due to its low strength.
