摘要 目的 :探讨热休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )和Fas配体 (FasL)在子宫内膜异位症(EM)发病中的作用。方法 :采用免疫组化链霉菌抗生物素蛋白 -过氧化物酶染色法 (S P法 )检测子宫内膜异位症 5 6例的异位内膜与在位内膜 (30例 )中HSP70和FasL蛋白的表达 ,并以正常子宫内膜为对照 (2 5例 )。结果 :异位内膜组织中HSP70与FasL均呈高表达 ,与正常内膜组差异有高度显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ,而且二者失去在正常内膜组织中表达的周期性变化。但在卵巢子宫内膜异位症 (OEM)与子宫腺肌症 (AM)的表达差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :异位内膜组织中HSP70和FasL蛋白均过度表达 。 Objective:To investigate the role of HSP70 and FasL in the pathogenesis of endometriosis (EM) and adenomyosis.Method:Immunohistochemical S P method was employed to detect the expression of HSP70 and FasL in the ectopic tissues and eutopic endometrium of patients with EM (56 cases) and the normal controls (25 cases).Results:The expression levels of HSP70 and FasL in ectopic and eutopic endometrium in EM were both higher than those in controls (both P<0.01) and were irrespective of the phases of menstrual cycle. But there has no difference between their expressions in EM and adenomyosis patients.Conclusions:HSP70 and FasL are abnormally overexpressed in endometriosis and adenomyosis,and may play an important role in the pathophysiology of these diseases.
